Our Approach -
Having been documenting weddings for close to a decade now, it’s impossible not to recognize the formula that weddings tend to follow — including expectations out of both your photos and videos.
We believe that the best days and our best work comes when there is no formula followed. You are simply living the day you always envisioned, and we are simply documenting it as it happens. There's no expectations on what will and will not be captured — just presentness between you and your loved ones.
There's something so beautiful when you can fully welcome the unexpected of a wedding day,
focus on embracing your people, and trust us whole-heartedly. We will document what's in front of us, and you get a say in how that feels.
Will it be spent worrying about not getting your dress dirty? Or making sure everything goes perfectly to plan? Then we probably won’t be the best fit. But if you are present-focused with your closest, value art and uniqueness, and have no expectation other than marrying your best friend, then we might just make a great match.

My now husband and I could not have a more glowing review of Sav and Cam as our wedding photographer and videographer. We instantly fell in love with their vision, and knew it was exactly the style we wanted for our wedding day.

All photo and video collections typically begin at 8 hours and include digital, 35/120 film photographs, super 8 & 16mm film video.

It’s such a joy to be able to spend a morning or evening with you two, as a couple, documenting whatever season of life you find yourself in. Whether it’s engagement, or just because, you deserve to have your love for one another documented in time.
These sessions are typically 2 hours, shot on film only, and delivered to you within a few weeks, *pending film lab turn around times.

Film photography is something we have grown a deep love and appreciation for as we document our own lives and love story. Its imperfectness, colors, and feel are hard to resist and make it the perfect choice for us.
Because of film’s ability to stay timeless and true, we include it in each wedding collection.
Formats include 35mm, 120, and polaroid for photographs / super 8 and 16mm for video.

Super 8mm & 16mm are the first motion picture film we personally fell in love with while documenting our own every day lives.
We quickly realized this medium gave us significant feelings of nostalgia, comfort, and timelessness that we truly knew we would cherish forever.
Because of that, we love documenting other’s love stories in this medium as well for both couple’s sessions and weddings.

Our Process

If you feel like we would be a good fit, we would love to hear from you! Please fill out our inquiry form linked below and tell us all about you and your celebration.
(No. 02)
Once we receive your inquiry, we will get back to you within 3 business days, and set up a Zoom or FaceTime call so that we can get to know one another.
(No. 03)
On our call, we will chat all about you both, understand your needs, and take notes to begin to build your collection to custom tailor your unique experience.
(No. 04)
After our call, we will send over a custom investment guide that allows you to browse through your collection options, any add-ons, and our frequently asked questions.
(No. 05)
Once you sign your contract and pay a 50% deposit, we’re official! We’ll begin collaborating over the coming months so we are always on the same page and everything feels seamless before your wedding day.

Fill out our contact form Here, and from there, we will respond in 1-3 business days. For weddings, we’ll set up a FaceTime call, chat over questions and get to know you better, and a signed contract and 50% deposit make us officially yours.

We show up on your wedding day ready to celebrate and serve you, with an anticipation to document all of the unexpected moments that are bound to happen. We gather information from you beforehand to understand what matters most to you, and who or what to specifically look out for so we can always keep an eye out. We'll also guide you throughout the day to make sure we're running on time, fix dress straps, hold your tequila shots, and help adjust where we can if we need.

Logistically: keep getting ready rooms clean, choose rooms with beautiful natural light, make sure you know the lighting situation for your ceremony spot before you settle, ask friends and family to be present without phones, and hire a planner who takes great care of you + runs the day well.
Emotionally: give the day it's freedom and room to breathe. The more you show up embracing the unexpected, the more present with your loved ones you’ll be able to be. The more you’ll be able to let little hiccups roll off your back. The more you’ll be able to fully enjoy the one day you get like this. And in turn, the more free your photos and video will feel. And, we believe, the more you will love them over time.

Because our approach is documentary focused, we don’t need any specific shot lists outside of family. We will gather that before the wedding day to make sure we have the information we need for family portraits.
However, we always love seeing your inspiration so please feel free to send over a Pinterest or mood board if you have one!

Wedding photo delivery ranges from 6-8 weeks. Previews (and a lot of them) are always sent about a week after your wedding date. Video delivery ranges from 12-14 weeks, with a preview also delivered in about a week. Both photos and video will be delivered through an online gallery, with access to download + share with friends and family as you please!
*Please note that certain seasons can lend longer turn around times. We will always let you know if so!

If you have never done a couple’s session before, or even if you have, they can be a little bit intimidating! And sometimes overwhelming. Our biggest piece of advice is to treat the day as a date — spend time together, grab a drink or two, and show up with no expectations besides loving your partner. Know that we will guide you every step of the way, and give you direction to keep you moving in a natural way. But the best photos will come when you can interact with one another as natural as possible, without worrying where we are or what we’re getting. Your presentness with one another will be reflected in our time together, and will naturally produce beautiful images.
